Corporate video for Diaverum: the story of a Competence Award 2025 winner

A video about the professional growth of Zhanuzak Yesselbayev, a Diaverum employee. He started working at the clinic in Uralsk in 2019, and a few years later decided to move to Almaty. The difficult move opened up new career opportunities and led to the Diaverum Competence Award 2025. We did the script, storyboard, filming and post-production ourselves.

Task

Tell the story of the Diaverum Competence Award 2025 winner so that it conveys the main idea: deciding to change is hard, but that step can give a boost to growth and recognition in the profession.
