Contract
We have a standard framework contract: for each project, annexes with the scope of work, timing and cost are signed to it. We can also work under the client's contract.
On request, we sign an NDA before discussing project details.
Payment and closing documents
We work on invoice under the contract. The payment terms are set in the contract: by stages for one-off projects, monthly for ongoing work.
Payment in tenge or US dollars to the accounts of Teller Kazakhstan LLP, or in local currency through our company in Uzbekistan or Russia.
At the end of each stage or month, we provide a certificate of completed work. For clients in Kazakhstan, we issue an electronic VAT invoice.

Questions
Are you a VAT payer?
Yes. Teller Kazakhstan LLP is a VAT payer and issues electronic VAT invoices.
Do you work with companies from other countries?
Yes. We have companies in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia, so the contract can be signed with a legal entity in the country most convenient for the client. We also work with clients from other countries, and in exceptional cases we can set up a legal entity in a new country.
Can we work under our own contract?
Yes. We have a standard framework contract, but we can also work under the client's contract.
How do payment and closing documents work?
We work on invoice under the contract: one-off projects are paid by stages, ongoing work monthly. At the end of a stage or month, we provide a certificate of completed work, and clients in Kazakhstan receive an electronic VAT invoice.
