Project producer
Runs clients' content projects from brief to report: plans timelines and budgets, assembles a team for the task, coordinates authors, designers and contractors, stays in touch with the client and is responsible for the result.
Operations manager
Makes sure the agency works as a system: sets up processes and document flow, keeps track of the team's workload, contracts and closing documents, and helps the director with planning and reporting.
SMM manager
Runs clients' social media and Telegram channels: draws up the content plan, prepares and publishes posts, works with comments and the community, tracks statistics and suggests how to improve results.
