TELLER Kazakhstan is a full-cycle content marketing agency in Almaty. We work with large businesses and pharma companies in Kazakhstan and Central Asia: strategy, brand media, SMM, special projects, video, newsletters for doctors, BTL.
What you will do
- Run several projects at once, from brief and estimate to delivery and report.
- Be the main point of contact for the client: calls, approvals, recording agreements.
- Plan project timelines, resources and budget, and keep everything on track.
- Assemble the team for each task: editors, designers, videographers, contractors.
- Set tasks and control quality and deadlines at every stage.
- Handle project paperwork with clients and contractors: contracts, annexes, acts, invoices.
- Prepare project and KPI reports.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years as a project manager or producer at an agency, in media or in a similar role.
- Attention to detail: you catch mistakes before the client does and never lose track of anything.
- Structure: you can break a project down into tasks, deadlines and owners.
- Communication: you handle difficult negotiations calmly and can say no while offering a solution.
- Confident with task trackers, spreadsheets and documents.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharma, fintech or B2B communications.
- Kazakh and/or English.
